FEES

To ensure high quality presentations, the association is required to charge annual membership fees. These fees will be used primarily to obtain noted guest speakers and to cover rental of facilities, correspondence and refreshments as appropriate. Costs for special functions will be recovered by minimal charges at those functions.

FEE SCHEDULE (GST not applicable)

  1. Corporate membership - an annual fee of $400.
  2. Individual membership - an annual fee of $100.
  3. Student membership - an annual fee of $25.
  4. Non-members will be allowed to attend one meeting free of membership fees. The charge for subsequent meetings will be $15 per meeting.
  5. Special fees. It is a policy of the association not to charge for individual meetings. However, for certain meetings or special events, the membership may request an interim change to this policy.

Membership will be rolling with renewal due on the anniversary of the initial invoice.
