CDAO Financial Services Online A/NZ considers how to support risk and regulatory compliance without stifling innovation and transformation. Consumer trust is perception-based and cannot be determined with the same rigid lens as risk and compliance. Trust and personalised customer experiences are now synonymous with driving digital transformation, modernising methods and mind-sets.

Across two days we’ll bear witness to how organisations are increasing growth and profitability with data, leveraging customer data for business success and gaining faster insights from trusted sources. Sessions will address how to overcome legacy challenges, break silos, effectively scale data and analytics initiatives, adopt new technology to improve data accuracy and fully monetise data assets. Not forgetting a critical factor = people; discussions will shed light on effective leadership skills, cultural change and collaboration.
